Corzetti

You will need a corzetti stamp to make this shape. Usually made of beechwood, they come in two parts; a base cutter to cut out the circles of dough, and a top part with a handle. When they’re fitted together, they emboss the dough with a pattern on each side (the Mateo Zielonka coat-of-arms would be nice).
